No Bullshit

We love to make our clients happy. But simply pleasing clients doesn't necessarily serve them. What we have found is that ultimately our goal is to support and encourage our clients to make good decisions for such a huge investment and we can’t do that if we blow smoke up your ass. After sitting through nearly 1,000 home inspections, we have an eye for what to look out for. We don’t like our clients to be surprised! So we give honest feedback and expect our clients to trust that we have their best interests in mind, both in the short term and the long run.

Closing Gifts

We give every buyer client a swag bag of (unbranded!) local treats. We work with local artists and artisans including Alexandria Cummings, Hilary Sproatt, and Good Coffee to make your new purchase feel like home immediately. We even include toilet paper because we know there’s some oh shit moments :)

Available Always

Because we are an extremely close team of 3, we can have some semblance of work-life balance while also being available whenever you need to see a house or have a question answered. We also aren’t a traditional real estate “team” where you see someone experienced once and then get passed along to someone more available.

Not only that, but we also have a lot of excellent and well-vetted vendor & contractor recommendations. We love to share both our opinions and our recommendations to our trusted clients. We have done extensive remodels to our homes and can give you feedback on what’s possible with even just a coat of paint. We have vision! We’ve also helped hundreds of clients with choosing companies to do not-fun repairs like sewer work, new roofs, exterior paint, and more. If you’re looking to sell your house, we can provide valuable feedback about what repairs to do before listing to maximize your return. We also set you up with an excellent pre-listing team of stagers, cleaners, landscapers, and photographers to make your house shine.
