  • We prioritize making our clients happy, but our primary goal is to ensure they make informed decisions regarding their significant investments. With nearly 1,000 home inspections under our belt, we’ve developed a keen eye for potential issues and aim to provide honest, straightforward feedback. While it may not always be what our clients want to hear, we believe in transparency to prevent any surprises down the line. Trust that we always have our clients' best interests in mind, both for their immediate and future needs.

  • We give every buyer client a swag bag of (unbranded!) local treats. We work with local artists and artisans, including Alexandria Cummings, Hilary Sproatt, and Good Coffee, to make your new purchase feel like home immediately. We even include toilet paper because we know there can be some "oh shit" moments!

  • Because we are an extremely close-knit duo, we can maintain a semblance of work-life balance while being available whenever you need to see a house or have a question answered. We aren’t a traditional real estate “team” where you first see someone experienced once and then get passed along to someone more available — you will always have our expertise and attention when it matters most.

  • Not only that, but we also have a lot of excellent and well-vetted vendor and contractor recommendations. We love to share our opinions and our recommendations with our trusted clients. Having done extensive remodels to our own homes, we can give you feedback on what’s possible — even if it’s just a coat of paint. We have vision! We’ve also helped hundreds of clients choose companies for essential repairs like sewer work, new roofs, exterior paint, and more. If you’re looking to sell your house, we can provide valuable feedback about what repairs to do before listing to maximize your return. Additionally, we set you up with an excellent pre-listing team of stagers, cleaners, landscapers, and photographers to make your house shine.
